The best way to consume GHEE..

Now, when you cook with ghee, it burns. When it burns, it’s chemical composition begins to change and it starts getting converted to aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, dienes, and acids which increase the LDL (bad cholesterol). Having said that, ghee is still better for cooking than butter and other refined oils as it has a high smoking point of 252 °C.
So, the HEALTHIEST way to consume ghee is to sprinkle it over the cooked chapatis, curries etc. This way it won’t be heated and it’s benefits would be maximum.
TIP: It’s always good to store ghee in Amber bottles for longer shelf life
Reason: Ghee stored in Transparent bottles may undergo effect by UV and becomes unfit for consumption earlier. Amber bottles prevent ghee from direct sunlight.
